Often, as a fitness professional I get asked a few tips on getting rid of belly fat more and whether you can do this by doing some exercises like sit ups and crunches. This is an example of a typical myth gym and is one of the biggest mistakes that people make when they are working and want to lose weight.Basically it is virtually undetectable to reduce body fat through exercise.
